Become a Brightspark.

I’ve been doing Brightsparks shifts since 2019 and it’s been such an easy and fun way to earn extra money without too much commitment. I’ve worked at really cool venues and explored parts of London I never knew before. My favourite shifts have to be summer festivals and concerts at Ally Pally. You’re basically getting paid to watch your favourite artists.

I’ve had the opportunity to work at iconic venues like Wembley Stadium, Twickenham, and Royal Ascot, as well as concerts like Ed Sheeran and Coldplay. As a sports fan, these are experiences I wouldn’t have had otherwise ones that will stay with me for a long time.

There’s a great variety of shifts and the chance to work with fun clients at iconic venues. The team is friendly, the pay is great, and I’ve made some good friends along the way. I’d highly recommend Brightsparks to anyone wanting to earn extra money and gain experience.

Brightsparks has made my life easier as I can pick and choose when to work. I’ve made lifelong friendships and worked in amazing places like stadiums and festivals. It’s a great way to gain experience while earning.

Being able to choose my own shifts has been perfect while at university. I’ve had the chance to experience festivals, concerts, and meet so many new people, definitely one of the highlights of my time studying.

The flexibility to work around my commitments is something I really value. There’s never a dull day, you’re always in new environments or working with new people, and I love being able to explore London through work.

The shifts are awesome. I always tell people about getting to attend concerts and events for free. I genuinely show up excited because I love the job.
