Alanna

Alanna moved to London from Ireland to study Music in 2019 and joined Brightsparks after she graduated as a Junior Account Executive; since then, she progressed to Account Manager specialising in festivals, stadiums, concerts, and corporate events and is now our Senior Account Manager, supporting the mentorship of the Team and growth of the Business. While studying she supported herself within the hospitality and retail sectors which equips her with a wide range of skills and experience.

Jess

After a brief time studying Advertising and Marketing at Bournemouth University, Jess came to the decision that it wasn’t the right path and so took the leap straight into work life. She has worked with Brightsparks since May 2022, starting out as one of our Brightsparks in the field and then joined the HQ Team in late 2023. She has loved seeing and working behind the scenes and is core to our un-rivalled assessment and training programme. Having now been promoted to Account Manager, she is excited to see what the future holds for Brightsparks!

Sascha

Sascha studied for a science degree in Manchester for 4 years and joined Brightsparks upon graduation to find some immediate work. It did not take long for the HQ team to spot her potential and, 4 months after her first shift, Sascha began supporting in the Office for a busy 2025, very much earning the full-time Account Manager role she was offered, in September. Sascha came with experience in the hospitality sector, especially weddings and continues to supervise and manage on-site, when time allows.

Over her time here, she has touched on all areas of the business from training and account management to sales and marketing which allows her to have a thorough understanding of Brightsparks to drive its future growth and success.
